Automated WhatsApp reminders 24 hours before each appointment with one-tap confirmation that updates the calendar.
Added a recall engine that detects patients inactive for 3/6/12 months and sends personalized win-back messages.
Closed the loop with automated post-visit Google review requests to drive local SEO and new leads.
Architecture
Integration layer: Google Calendar read access detects appointments and parses patient phone numbers.
Messaging layer: WhatsApp Business automation for reminders, confirmations, recalls, and review prompts.
Data layer: Supabase-backed clinic, patient, and appointment state with show-up and revenue tracking.
Billing: Paystack subscription tiers (with VAT) and a 14-day trial for self-serve onboarding.
Outcomes
Delivered a vertical healthtech SaaS that attaches to existing clinic workflows with near-zero training.
